Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, we are a nationwide company with over 350 associates and more than 15 restoration, roofing, exterior, and HVAC offices throughout the South. Each office is equipped with dedicated crews for installation and services, led by a team of top-tier restoration professionals who specialize in collaborating with insurance providers to restore damaged properties. Our experts possess extensive knowledge of all roofing systems and utilize the latest tools and technology to thoroughly inspect and document your roof’s condition, ensuring an accurate assessment of your building’s needs.
Our
History
Superior is a third-generation, family-owned business founded in 1994 as a commercial roofing company. In 2005, we expanded our operations to include general contracting, commercial restoration, HVAC, solar, skylights, exterior cladding, and facility maintenance services. By 2006, we obtained licenses as an unlimited commercial general contractor and roofing contractor in over eighteen states.
Our first major commercial restoration project came in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, when we were awarded the renovation of the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans—one of the largest renovation projects in the city at that time. Since then, Superior has successfully completed over 280 renovations, including notable projects such as Ocean Key Resort & Spa in Key West, Sheraton Tysons Corner in Tysons, VA, and Embassy Suites in Miami, showcasing our expertise in storm restoration.
